Return & Exchange

Shipping:

– Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Shipping times may vary for several special items. You can see the specific shipping times on the Delivery & Returns submenu of each item on the website.)

Return & Change Policy:

– All items on our website are crafted by order, as they are specially produced, we do not accept their returns either domestically or internationally. The information regarding this status is clearly detailed on the shop pages of every single product.

– After receiving the order, you can apply for an exchange of the order within the first 7 days. You can exchange your order both for a different size or for an entirely different model. Please note that each item within your order can only be exchanged once.

– For international procedures, the exchanges will only be accepted if the order is shipped back with the national postal service of your country of residence. Any orders that have been shipped back with private shipping firms such as UPS and DHL will not be accepted.

– To demand an exchange, you have to send a mail regarding your notice of exchange to hello@newarrivals.co. Your mail subject must contain your order number and the exact name that was used while constructing the order.

– A reply will be sent to your mail detailing the return procedures and our address. The response mails are not automated and thus reply times can vary. Please send the order back to us with the same package it was delivered in.

– Items for which a notice of exchange mail wasn’t submitted, WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED NOR REFUNDED.

– After the order has been returned, it will be checked according to our return conditions, if your package meets all requirements, your exchanged product will be shipped as soon as possible.

Change Conditions:

– You can change each item only once. The same item cannot be changed again.

– If the color or the size you wish to change for are out of stock, you will instead be refunded.

– Items which have been used, over-worn and missing tags will not be changed.

– Items which have been damaged due to usage (ripped, torn, deformed, etc.) will not be changed.

– Items which have a noticeably heavy smell of cologne, deodorant, perfume and other such permanent scents will not be changed.

– All of the free and promotional pieces which have been sent with the order must also be returned (belts, buckles, waistbands, etc.) otherwise the items will not be changed.

– You may use any postal service at your own risk when sending your exchange orders. The package is under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the specified address. New Arrivals cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
